Our Discovery Launched Us On A Mission

Online Convention Services was launched as a result of the growing need of trade associations to expand their marketing, more specifically their convention educational offerings, to their members, online.

After successfully test-marketing a new user-friendly online convention platform with a few very large national associations, we combined our technology partners, our 20+ years of association marketing experience, and a large network of videographers around the country to create an all-encompassing service that creates a new online educational platform for association conferences and conventions.

This new online convention platform provides both your conference attendees and association members (who were not able to attend) the opportunity to view all of your education sessions and special events 24/7 at their leisure; you decide if each person's access is free or by paid subscription. Additionally, the platform provides your association and your events team new online advertising and sponsorship profit centers throughout the website, while also providing your vendors and expo online upgrade opportunities such as Virtual Trade Shows.

While test marketing these online services we found that trade associations throughout the nation need assistance with several marketing and member/vendor communication efforts, especially as social media and online marketing continue to evolve.
